¬ We are cleaning your property and keep it clean.
¬ We are looking after your property when you are at home.
¬ We are watching and taking care of your tenants.
How it works:
¬ We will make pictures and a discription of your property.
¬ We will make an agreement for a current rental price.
¬ We make the whole presentation and promoting your property.
¬ If required you can make an appointment with us to visit you.
Our rates are:
¬ 20 % of the current rental price.
¬ €60,- to €75,- cleaning costs payed by tenant.
